shipping policy
When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser. All purchases placed via this website (rescustom.com), through a direct electronic mail purchase, or verbal, are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website, through electronic mail, or verbal, pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. RES Custom employs Canada Post and UPS as primary shippers. For any product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such product shall be deemed to have occurred at the time we transmit the product via electronic mail or any other electronic communication addressed to the customer.
If free shipping is provided as part of a purchase agreement, RES Custom will use the most economical method of shipping unless otherwise requested. This also includes basic insurance coverage for the shipped goods unless otherwise requested. Ride Every Stride Inc. assumes no liability for lost or stolen items in any shipment above and beyond the coverage provided by the shipping company.​
RES Custom offers customers/clients the choice of standard or express shipping, with the option to opt out of tracking on basic shipping. Insurance coverage on shipping is based on the type of shipping selected. Additional coverage may be added upon customer/client request for an additional fee. Once deliverable products are being handled by the chosen shipper, RES Custom is not responsible for lost or stolen items pre-delivery, post delivery or in transit. Please note that packages delivered without a signature requirement are at much greater risk for theft. If there is any concern regarding the delivery of a package, it is recommended that a signature upon delivery is requested for the deliverables to the shipping company via Ride Every Stride Inc. This request will be reflected in the cost of shipping incurred by the customer/client.
​ RES Custom is not responsible for any shipping delay’s due to increased holiday volume, poor weather conditions, customs delays, or other unforeseeable events outside reasonable control.

At RES Custom, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.

Please note, there will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on custom products (embroidered and engraved) and other products listed as final sale.
